Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

BJJ Fundamentals

The fundamentals program is designed and based around core techniques that every Jiu Jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will be able to improve their overall Jiu Jitsu knowledge, increase movement and receive an introduction into more advanced Jiu Jitsu techniques. Students are encouraged to ask questions to improve their overall understanding of the techniques and positions. All students from white belt to black belt are allowed in this program.

BJJ Advanced

The advanced program gives students the opportunity to get a more in-depth exploration of advanced Jiu Jitsu techniques. Students will also get an extensive look at modern Jiu Jitsu and less common situations that could arise. Entry into this program is for blue belts and above.

NoGi

The NOGI program is offered in both fundamental & advanced classes. Students will have the opportunity to learn the same modern Jiu Jitsu being taught in the GI programs but learn how to adapt them to N0GI situations. Students must wear the NOGI uniform to participate in classes.

Kids

The kids program is designed to build a strong foundation and improve student’s coordination. Student’s will receive an overview of all positions, techniques and an introduction into more advanced Jiu Jitsu. Students will also be given explanations of core Jiu Jitsu concepts and ideas.

Start your weekend off right. Corinne Dombroskli will help lead you on a path to toward personal growth, mind-body connection, and self-discovery. Her classes focus on intention, physical postures, meditation, and breath.

This is one of our favorite workshops. It’s a great class where we can share techniques to improve your ability to defend yourself and provide a sense of self-confidence.
