Theses classes our lead by Professor Schembri and focus on traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training with the GI. ALL LEVELS are currently welcome in the training sessions as we grow our club. We keep these classes small enough for Peppe to focus on each individuals self improvement.

We will be adding separate programs for beginners, kids, women and more advanced practitioners very soon.

Start your weekend off right. Corinne Dombroskli will help lead you on a path to toward personal growth, mind-body connection, and self-discovery. Her classes focus on intention, physical postures, meditation, and breath.
